Delivery Charges 

Terms and Conditions 

1. General Information:

1. All orders within Sabah state are subject to delivery charges based on the     delivery location and order specifications. 
2. The delivery charges apply only to deliveries within Sabah.

2. Calculation of Charges:

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided and the size/weight of the order.
• YKL Borong Runcit Sdn Bhd reserves the right to revise delivery charges within Sabah without prior notice

3. Delivery Timeframe:

• The estimated delivery time for orders within Sabah is 5 to 7 working days.
• YKL Borong Runcit Sdn Bhd is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen   circumstances within Sabah.

4. Delivery Address:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses within Sabah.
• The customer will bear any additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses within Sabah.

5. Refund Policy:

1. Delivery charges within Sabah are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before processing.
2. Refunds for canceled orders within Sabah will exclude transaction fees or charges incurred.

6. Force Majeure:

YKL Borong Runcit Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery within Sabah arising from circumstances beyond its control.
